Schedulely is an AI-powered scheduling platform that helps individuals and teams optimize their calendar, defend focus time, and manage meetings. The service integrates with third-party calendar providers (Google Calendar, Outlook) to provide scheduling intelligence.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Limitation of Liability
Schedulely is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of Schedulely after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
